Randal is a member of The Chartered Institute of Marketing and has spent 35 years in senior management positions, responsible for sales and marketing of grocery and pharmaceutical products in both the retail and manufacturing sectors. He is also a member of the Institute of Directors and was centre Chairman for three years.
